Software Requirements -- Communication

Reams have been written, but before you jump into it again, remember three critical things:

1. Define how your team will communicate first.
2. Communicate clearly, concisely, and constantly.
3. Be conversant in the problem domain, and use terms precisely.
   

No matter how you slice methodologies and approaches to the discovery process, poor communication will kill you.
